Hi, I’m Alisha Reading - This is The Farmer’s Friend Photography.

What started as my hobby Instagram account in 2018 taking photos of all things agriculture soon blossomed (out of duress) in 2020 into a way to tell stories for brands, families, and couples.

As a girl from Gunnedah now based in Toobeah, Queensland on a 4,250 ha irrigation and broadacre cropping property, my heart lies with agriculture and farming. Also, hats. And tea.

I am a stepmother to two divine girls, a wife to Farmer Matt, and full-time door opener to dachshunds Humphrey, Winifred and Ernest.

So, what do I do? I help rural and regional people and brands achieve natural, authentic images - without breaking the bank.
